We are qibri.

The working world is becoming more and more complex. Just look at any org chart or corporate tech stack (the average company uses over 100 pieces of software) or even how many work apps are on your personal phone.

This complexity makes it hard to do our jobs. And it's why we're all feeling burnt out. It's no wonder that "quiet quitting" and "bare minimum Mondays" are having their moment — they're some of the only tools we have to save our sanity.

qibri is an additional sanity-saving, synergy-creating tool. We help you align your work with the work that other people in your team do; organize your team's work with the work of other teams into larger initiatives and projects; and connect those initiatives and projects to the company-wide goals that the C-suite cares about.

qibri [kibri] empowers your company to create the synergy which the working world sorely lacks.

Our history

In 2006, our founder Michael led a project for his employer (a company of about 25,000 people), in which he organized and aligned all of the company's know-how and how-to documents. He projected that it would lead to about 10% increased efficiency and free up about 5% of the average employee's day.

He ended up reducing administrative bureaucracy by 45%, saving 225 FTEs of time across the entire company, and reducing costs by over $50 million through economies of scale.
Employees were happier because their jobs were easier.
Management was happy because the company was, for possibly the first time, acting synergistically.
Fifteen years later, the company still uses the qibri prototype that Michael put together on a shoestring.

Meanwhile, Michael has consulted on dozens of similar projects, and it's clear that the majority of today's companies can benefit from the same process and method of synergy creation as Michael's employer back in 2006.

That's why we created qibri.

Up to 30% material/service costs saved

with qibri

Why we say that:
Purchasing costs are primarily driven by technical and functional requirements, defined by experts spread across the organization – resulting in lost economies of scale. qibri introduces cross-silo alignment among experts, leading to savings of 5-30% in each purchasing category.

3x transformation impact

with qibri

Why we say that:
Guidelines are crucial for shaping employee behavior. But due to their inaccessibility, transformation initiatives fail to use them as a lever for change. qibri makes it easy for transformation initiatives to access and adapt guidelines, also bypassing internal politics, making transformations 3 times more effective.

-90% search time

with qibri

Why we say that:
Based on studies conducted with 300+ companies, the average search time for a guideline amounts to 30 minutes. qibri allows every employee to find any guideline within less than 3 minutes.
