Who stands behind qibri

In our personal lives, we regularly use guidelines for guidance and orientation, in order to complete complex, new, or changing, as well as familiar tasks. For example, we use GPS systems because we know that they help us optimize our travel routes and avoid unnecessary and time-wasting detours. At work, however, we often lack such guidelines; or they are so complex, outdated, dispersed, and bureaucratic that they are more comparable to out-of-date paper maps than to a modern navigation system.

qibri [kɪʙrɪ] empowers companies to use Guidelines in such a way that they can be used to stay one step ahead of the competition during transformation, but also in day-to-day operations.

Our history

In 2006, our founder Michael led a project on Guidelines for his employer back then - he thought this was going to be a "quick fix."

Even 15 years later, and after dozens of analysis and implementation projects, we find that the vast majority of companies do not use Guidelines and they remain an unstructured, static burden on the shoulders of employees and decision-makers.

That's why we decided to extend our expertise to include an integrated, proactive Software-as-a-Service solution with an integrated implementation and migration program - this is qibri.

Up to 30% material/service costs saved

with qibri

Why we say that:
Purchasing costs are primarily driven by technical and functional requirements, defined by experts spread across the organization – resulting in lost economies of scale. qibri introduces cross-silo alignment among experts, leading to savings of 5-30% in each purchasing category.

3x transformation impact

with qibri

Why we say that:
Guidelines are crucial for shaping employee behavior. But due to their inaccessibility, transformation initiatives fail to use them as a lever for change. qibri makes it easy for transformation initiatives to access and adapt guidelines, also bypassing internal politics, making transformations 3 times more effective.

-90% search time

with qibri

Why we say that:
Based on studies conducted with 300+ companies, the average search time for a guideline amounts to 30 minutes. qibri allows every employee to find any guideline within less than 3 minutes.
