We are qibri.

The working world is becoming more and more complex and cluttered. Just look at any org chart or corporate tech stack or even the work apps on your phone.

It seems we’ve entered an era of digital hoarding, where millions of documents are generated daily, and the average company juggles over a hundred tools. Layer in intricate hierarchies, regulations, and the unpredictable nature of the business landscape, it’s no wonder that many teams find themselves struggling to stay afloat.

But amidst this chaos, there’s a beacon of hope—a simpler, more efficient path forward. Enter qibri, your trusted partner in organizational decluttering.

With qibri [kibri], you can optimize day-to-day functions and also lay a robust foundation for Generative AI and LLM technologies, such as chat-GPT-like models. Our methodology helps support innovation and new initiatives, allowing you to stay nimble and adaptable in a rapidly changing business landscape.

Our history

In 2006, our founder Michael led a project for his employer (a company of about 25,000 people), in which he organized and aligned all of the company’s know-how and how-to documents. He projected that it would lead to about 10% increased efficiency and free up about 5% of the average employee’s day.

He ended up reducing administrative bureaucracy by 45%, saving 225 FTEs of time across the entire company, and reducing costs by over $50 million through economies of scale.
Employees were happier because their jobs were easier.
Management was happy because the company was, for possibly the first time, acting as one unit.
Fifteen years later, the company still uses the qibri prototype that Michael put together on a shoestring.

Meanwhile, Michael has consulted on dozens of similar projects, and it’s clear that the majority of today’s companies can benefit from the same process and method of synergy creation as Michael’s employer back in 2006.

That’s why we created qibri.
