Smarter Knowledge
2024 was a landmark year of transformation for know-how management—and many other fields. As AI revolutionizes industries, organizations seize new opportunities while grappling with challenges. In this short video, our co-founders, Antonia and Michael Siegmund, share their insights on:
- The disruption AI brings to knowledge management
- What change truly means for leaders
- Lessons Europe can learn from the U.S.
At qibri, 2024 was all about action. We rolled out our platform to new customers, watched it reshape organizational dynamics, and empower teams to work smarter. The results? Tangible, transformative, and inspiring.
Change, change, change…
Reflecting on KMWorld in Washington, our COO Antonia Siegmund spotlighted the critical role of change in leadership. She quoted Art Murray: “If you are a leader, what is your job, if not change?”
While AI brings immense potential, the changes it brings overwhelm many employees, especially when their role in the process isn’t clear. Antonia emphasized the importance of leading this change by keeping people in the loop and ensuring know-how management supports—not hinders—this process.

Building Knowledge Communities in Europe
Our CEO Michael Siegmund highlighted a key difference between the U.S. and Europe: the U.S. already has a thriving community of knowledge managers tackling AI’s potential, while Europe’s community is still in its early stages. This gap presents an incredible opportunity for collaboration and growth.
Looking ahead to 2025, we’re excited to take a leading role in building a community of best practice sharing, particularly in the field of AI. Afterall, knowledge is best when shared. Together, we’ll leverage AI to move forward, empower people to work with technology seamlessly, and build networks where companies share their learnings
